RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Joe's Boots do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases. A 'change of mind' can include where a customer buys an item but later decides they have selected the wrong colour, size or product.
However, we are happy to provide an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind on item(s) that are unworn and in original condition within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE
You may exchange your online or in store purchase for a different size or style within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to availability.
To exchange an item, contact us with the style, size and colour you require so we can reserve it for you.
The goods will need to be returned unworn, in their original condition & packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched on receipt of your parcel. So if you require your shoes urgently, to avoid time delays we suggest you place a new order and request a refund for your initial order.
If more convenient, you may also exchange your goods in store.
Unfortunately we do not offer 'Free Returns', and in the event of an exchange, we kindly ask that you include a pre-paid postage satchel with tracking. Joe's Boots will not cover any return postage costs.

FAULTY
You may return faulty items to Joe’s Boots within 6-12 months, dependant of manufacturer's warranty period, of purchase with proof of purchase – receipt, for repair, replacement or refund at the discretion of Joe's Boots and/or our suppliers.
A refund will only apply if the item(s) are deemed a manufacturers fault.
Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Occasionally it may be necessary to seek a second opinion from the supplier before a refund can be processed.
